Return Process

Email our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of any damaged or unsatisfactory items.
- 2.Approval & Instructions
Our specialists will review your claim and provide a return authorization code or instructions for disposal if the item is a perishable food product.
- 3.Secure Packaging
For non-perishable items like graters or pantry staples, place the unused items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
